Move-out cleaning is a one-time clean of an empty home, done after the last box is out and before the keys go back. At Squares & Corners it covers the kitchen cabinets and drawers, counters and sinks, bathrooms, closets, baseboards, window sills and floors, and it is priced flat by home size: from $195 for a studio to from $500 for 4+ bedrooms, as of September 2026, the same in Cambridge and Brookline. The inside of the oven ($35) and the inside of the fridge ($30) are add-ons. Move-in cleaning uses the same price table and is best booked while the rooms are empty. Supplies and equipment are included, the company is insured and bonded, cleaners are background-checked, and if something was missed, tell us within 24 hours and we will come back and re-clean it at no charge.

What changes the price
- Home size. The base price is set by studio, 1, 2, 3 or 4+ bedrooms.
- Type of clean. Standard, deep and move-in / move-out have separate prices.
- Frequency. Weekly, every-two-weeks and monthly standard cleans get a discount.
- Condition and size. Homes above 2,500 sq ft or in heavy-buildup condition are quoted individually.
- Extra bathroom. An extra bathroom adds $40.
