Original wood floors
Original pine and oak floors are vacuumed edge to edge and mopped, including corners and the line along the baseboards. Tell us in your quote request if your floors are original or refinished, so the visit is planned around them.
Deep window sills and tracks
Older windows come with deep sills and tracks that hold dust and grit. Sills and tracks are wiped in every deep clean, and interior windows are an add-on at $12 each.
Tall baseboards, heavy trim and door frames
Prewar buildings tend to have taller baseboards and heavier door frames, which means more surface to wipe. Baseboards, door frames, doors, handles and switch plates are all included.
Stairs, banisters and spindles
Townhouse-style units, duplexes and houses have interior stairs. Banisters, railings and spindles are wiped, and stairs and landings are vacuumed.
Kitchen and bathroom detail
The stovetop, backsplash and range hood exterior are degreased, cabinet fronts and handles are wiped top to bottom, and the inside of the microwave is cleaned. In the bathroom, grout is scrubbed and soap scum is cleaned from tile, glass and fixtures.
Behind and under movable furniture
Dust settles where nobody looks. Beds, sofas and other furniture that can be moved are shifted so the floor beneath is cleaned.
